You can now track your achievements and earn free points in your Rand account to redeem for extra benefits, earn points for free by reaching milestones!

This section is visible in the top right corner of the app, marked with a “prize” icon. When there’s something new or an important notification, you’ll see a red dot. You can also access it directly through the “Points” menu → Earn Rand Points for free.

Here’s a breakdown of the three different ways to earn free Rand Points and how each one works:

1. Activity

This one is simple: interacting with the app earns you extra points for small achievements.

Some actions that give you points include verifying your identity, making your first deposit, using your points, participating in surveys, winning with the Prize account, or even visiting Rand’s social media pages.

2. Balance

This counts the total balance in your Prize and Earn accounts. Your current account balance is not included.

By increasing your balance and reaching a new tier, you’ll earn extra points you can claim. These will be automatically added to your account.

Cool feature: the points you earn are based on the total of all the tiers you've already reached—so you never lose points when you move to a new tier.

3. Earnings

Under “Earnings,” you'll see the rewards you've accumulated in your Prize and Earn accounts.

Every time you reach a higher tier in earnings, you get free points.

Important: Only earnings generated in the Earn and Prize accounts count. Referral or affiliate rewards and past promotions are not included.

Unclaimed Points: Claim Your Milestones

Milestones shown in blue represent achievements you haven’t reached yet—meaning they’re still possible to unlock.

Points Already Claimed and Added

When a blue box appears next to a milestone, that means it’s ready to be claimed (as shown in the highlighted box on the right). Don’t forget to click it to add those points to your account. Once claimed, the milestone turns green to show the points have been added.

Points History

You now also have access to a full history of your points—both the ones you've received as rewards and the ones you've purchased in the points store.

By completing these simple in-app milestones, you’ll earn free points and unlock even more benefits in Rand.
