Now you can track your achievements and earn free points in your Rand account.

This new section is visible in the upper right corner of the app, and when there’s an update or important notification, you’ll see a red dot.

Here’s how it works:

1. Activity

• ‍This part is simple: interacting with the app earns you extra points for small tasks.
• Some actions that earn points include verifying your identity, making a first deposit, using points, participating in surveys, winning in the Prize account, or even visiting Rand's social media.

2. Earnings

• This reflects the total balance of your Earn and Prize accounts. The balance in your checking account is not included.
• By increasing your balance and reaching a new tier, you receive extra points that you can claim, which will be automatically added to your account.
• A great feature: the points accumulated are based on the sum of all tiers you’ve reached, so you never lose points when you move to a different tier.
  

3. Benefits

• In "Benefits," you’ll see the returns you accumulate in Prize and Earn.
• Every time you move up in earnings, you earn free points.
• Important: Only earnings generated in Earn and Prize count here—not from referrals, affiliates, or past promotions.

Unclaimed Points: Claim Your Milestones

• Achievements shown in blue represent milestones you haven’t claimed yet.
• When a blue box appears to claim points, don’t forget to click it to add those points. Once claimed, the achievement will turn green to show it has been added to your account.
  

Points History

• You now also have access to a history of your points—both the ones you’ve received as gifts and those purchased from the points store.
