Once you’ve submitted your request:
Got resolved requests? Manage them! You can delete them or keep them visible by using the “Manage” button.

It’s RAND’s AI assistant, built to understand the platform inside out and help you instantly—from answering common questions to running real-time calculations on your account. The experience is so smooth, it feels like chatting with a real person.

While we strive to respond as quickly as possible, our support hours are Monday to Friday (non-holidays) from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with an average response time of 4 hours.
