How to Get Your Fiscal Report
Need the fiscal report for your Rand earnings? Here’s how to get it step by step, whether you're using the App or Rand for Business.

We know tax season can bring a lot of questions about how to get the right documents. At Rand, we want to make things easy for you, so here’s a quick and simple guide to access your annual fiscal report.

If you’re a Rand App user

From your profile in the app, you’ll find a section called “Reports.” There, you can:

  • Download your fiscal/tax report from the previous year.
  • Send it directly to your email.

This document is tailored to the country of residence you have registered and includes:

  • Withholdings applied to your Earn account and the Prize system.
  • A breakdown of all your activity (inflows and outflows).
  • An executive summary of your financial activity within Rand.

Everything you need to clearly track your earnings and easily include them in your tax declaration.

🏢 If you’re a Rand for Business client

In this case, everything is managed from the web dashboard, not the app. But no worries—every year at the beginning of the fiscal period, we automatically send companies their annual tax report for the previous year.

Need it sooner or had any changes? You can request it anytime by writing to us at support@rand.app. We’ll be happy to help.

🔹 How are the earnings I generate with Rand taxed in my income declaration?

The earnings you generate with Rand fall into two categories, depending on the account they come from:

Prize Account:
The prizes you win here are considered “Capital gains and losses not derived from transfers.” In other words, you need to declare the total amount of prizes received during the fiscal year.

Earn Account:
In this case, the earnings are considered “Investment income” and are only declared when you withdraw them. Every time you withdraw money from Earn, we automatically calculate what portion is your initial capital (non-taxable) and what portion is earnings (taxable).
So, earnings that remain in your Earn account are not taxed or declared until withdrawn.

🤔 What if I need financial advice?

While Rand doesn’t offer tax advice, we can help you with an annual financial statement that summarizes:

  • Your transactions.
  • Remaining capital.
  • Earnings obtained during the year.

This report can be very useful for your accountant or to make filing your taxes easier.

As mentioned, you can:

  • Request it by contacting our support team.
  • Or download it yourself from the Reports section in the app.

If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to reach out! We’re here to help you keep your finances in order.
